It's based on the basic invoice included in the Service Invoice template, but has a few additional features, such as (1) a column for indicating whether or not to tax a specific item, (2) three separate designs to choose from and (3) it's completely free.

Golf Score Log

This Golf Score Log spreadsheet lets you track your golf scores, but the really cool thing is how it lets you filter by Course, # of Holes, etc. It displays your Handicap Index, and if you filter by Course, it will display your Course Handicap. I hope this is useful, but if not, it was at least fun to create. :-)

Bill of Sale Template

This Bill of Sale Template is actually for Microsoft Word. I would have created it with Excel except that one of the main things that you'll probably need to change is the text in the Conditions section, which would be annoying to have to modify in Excel.

Recipe Card Templates

So these Recipe Card Templates are for Word rather than Excel, but I don't have a Word Templates blog yet so I'm announcing the new template here. You can use one of these templates to print recipe cards on 4x6 or 3x5 index cards, regular paper, or card stock.

This Resume Template is actually for Microsoft Word, but hopefully you'll forgive me for mentioning this template on this blog. I did create a couple resume templates for Excel for novelty's sake, but I haven't put them on my website yet.

Home Equity Line of Credit Calculator

This new Line of Credit Calculator can be used to estimate payments for a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) or other general revolving line of credit account. It is a fairly advanced (dare I say complicated?) spreadsheet with multiple payment options to choose from and a fancy variable rate simulation. Use at your own risk.

Blood Sugar Chart

This new Blood Sugar Chart and printable blood sugar log can help you track your blood sugar levels over time. The worksheet also includes a chart for tracking your Hemoglobin A1c levels.

Graph Paper

I created a Graph Paper template for both Excel and Word. So far, I've created 1/4 and 1/5 inch, centimeter, and isometric graph paper.

It turns out that Excel is not very good for printing accurately scaled graph paper, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered creating the Word versions.
