Schedule of Events Template
This Yearly Schedule of Events template uses conditional formatting to highlight dates in mini calendars based upon a chosen "event type" such as "holiday". You can define your own custom event types if you don't want to use the types already in the template (holiday, event, note). This type of event schedule is commonly used by schools or other organizations for showing events going on throughout the year.
Weekly Lesson Plan Template
This weekly Lesson Plan Template is a printable lesson planner for teachers. It includes a notes area and space for 8 class periods. It was designed to try to maximize the amount of writing space and not require too much ink when printing.
Printable Monthly Planner
This Monthly Planner Template is great for printing letter-size planner pages for a 3-ring binder. It is more than just a calendar. It includes a To-Do list and sections for monthly Goals and Notes. Unlike many of my other calendar templates, this one allows you to copy the worksheet so that you can have multiple months within the same workbook, which is nice if you are using this for planning rather than just printing a blank planner page.
Meal Planner Template
This Weekly Meal Planner template lets you create your own list of main dishes, side dishes, breakfast and lunch meals. These lists appear as drop-down lists within the meal planner, making it easy to quickly select meals for the week.
The Monthly Menu Planner template also lets you customize lists, and can be useful for longer-term planning. It only includes space for one meal per day - mostly likely dinner. However, it could also be used for a school lunch menu. The screenshot below shows how the meals can be selected from the drop-down list. However, you aren't required to use an item for the list. You can type whatever you want into the cell.

The templates come with a sample list already created, which you can modify. If you have suggestions for other items to include in the list, you are welcome to post a comment below.
Weekly Planner
This weekly planner spreadsheet lets you print a letter-size planner page that will fit common 3-ring binders. You can enter yearly events like birthdays and holidays and it will automatically add them to the planner (up to 3 events/holidays per day).I've also created a couple printable weekly planners that you can download from this page in PDF format. One is based on the Excel version of the weekly planner, and the other is a very basic planner page without any bells and whistles.
Daily Planner
I created a new Printable Daily Planner that lets you print a letter-size planner page that will fit common 3-ring binders. There are no macros and it doesn't tie in to a database, so if you're looking for an electronic planner - something similar to the way Outlook works - this daily planner is probably not for you. However, you CAN enter yearly events like birthdays and holidays and it will automatically add them to the planner.I've been toying with the idea of creating planner pages for some of the smaller size daily planners, but it's easier (and can even be cheaper) to just buy the refill planner pages available at office supply stores.
Weekly Calendar Template
I'm not sure why I waited until now to create a weekly calendar. But, alas, here it is. The spreadsheet is pretty easy to use, as long as the changes are not too drastic. The worksheet with all the fancy formulas is hidden.
Work Schedule Template for Excel
This is a bi-weekly work schedule template that includes mini monthly calendars at the top and dates that can be changed using simple form controls.
