I originally created this
Attendance Record to track attendance for Scouting activities, but it is general enough to be used for meetings, clubs, church attendance, Sunday school attendance, and even school attendance, although I have other templates specifically for daily
school attendance tracking.

Don,
I like the attendance log and am wondering if it can be tweaked for use in a much broader application. Here is what I am looking at. I need a tool that logs and track data by date, with a starting point, and set time points for 3 or 4 proceeding events. The first event will start the clock for the proceeding events.. i.e. “Event A starts (mt/day/year), (15 days later) event B, (30 days later) event C, ( 5 days later), event D. “ Each event may have a factor that changes the proceeding event. So, in effect, I need a tracking tool with a “functional Timeline”. What do you think? This is just a rough description; I can go into details if the ideal is practical to design.
Jon,
Sorry, I mispelled your name..
Hello Larry,
It sounds like what you are after is more like a Gantt Chart template. Check it out here:

I really wonder that attendance systems is also used for maintaining time and attendance in church, sunday classes. Its great to hear this.
I've tried to download this document as it is EXACTLY what I am looking for. However, it keeps coming up as a "Corrupt file" when I try to open it. Any suggestions?
