Gradebook Template

This free Gradebook Template is a simple yet flexible tool for teachers wanting to track grades using Excel. I spent a long time on the creation of this template. It started out very simple, but then I kept wanting to add more features and capabilities. I'm still probably not done tweaking, but at least its available for download now.

Fax Cover Sheet

This Free Fax Cover Sheet template can be customized and used to print blank copies to include by your fax machine. It was designed to provide plenty of room for writing the fax numbers and messages by hand.

Fishbone Diagram Template

This Fishbone Diagram, also known as a Cause and Effect Diagram or Ishikawa Diagram, was designed for ease of use. So, even though it isn't angled like most fishbone diagrams, it is much easier to edit than one that uses textboxes and arrows.

Annuity Calculator

This new Annuity Calculator can help you figure out how much you need to have saved for retirement. The Savings Calculator can help you figure out how much you will have saved by making regular contributions for a number of years. Then, the Annuity Calculator can help you figure out how long that savings will last you.

MACRS Depreciation Calculator

This new Depreciation Calculator can be used for basic depreciation calculations including straight-line (SL), sum-of-years' digits (SYOD), and declining balance (DB) methods. It also includes a worksheet for calculating the MACRS depreciation using the approach outlined by the IRS.

Depreciation Schedule

This new Depreciation Schedule template lets you list multiple assets and calculate total yearly depreciation. You can choose from straight-line or declining balance depreciation methods.

College Savings Calculator

This new College Savings Calculator helps you create an educational savings plan for your child. You can specify yearly costs for grades K-12 in additional to college costs. The monthly deposit amount is calculated based upon the costs, yearly deposits, and other deposits that you specify.

IRR and NPV Calculator

This NPV Calculator will show you how to use the NPV, IRR, XNPV, and XIRR functions in Excel.

PICK Chart for Lean Six Sigma

Box Plot

Use this Box Plot template to quickly and easily create box and whisker plots for comparing multiple samples. Just copy and paste your data into the Data sheet and the Plot will update automatically.

Control Charts

This new Control Chart template creates X-bar, R, and S charts. Just add your data to the data table. It also calculates process capability indices (like Cp, Cpk) and percent yield, based on given specification limits.

Running Logs

The new Running Log template actually contains 3 different logs: a running log, walking log, and a race log. You can also download printable versions in PDF format. Record your distance, time, pace, heart rate, the temperature and other route information and comments.

Profit and Loss Projection

This spreadsheet is a 3-year Profit and Loss projection. It is used to estimate your future income and business expenses to aid in business planning and budgeting.

Business Budgeting

The new Business Budget template provides two sample business budget spreadsheets for (1) service providers and (2) companies producing and selling goods.

Photo Calendar

The new Photo Calendar template lets you create and print a calendar using photos and pictures that you insert.

You can fully customize the calendars, adding events, clipart, etc.

This template was designed for printing the photo calendar on 8 1/2" x 11" paper in portrait orientation. Instructions are given on the download page for how to print a mini folding wall calendar.

Attendance Record

I originally created this Attendance Record to track attendance for Scouting activities, but it is general enough to be used for meetings, clubs, church attendance, Sunday school attendance, and even school attendance, although I have other templates specifically for daily school attendance tracking.
